DISCLAIMER
Last updated: May 2026

1. Public Source Nature of Intelligence

All intelligence data provided through IntelPulse is derived exclusively from open-source information — publicly available sources including news media, government reports, NGO publications, social media, and other accessible information channels.

IntelPulse does not have access to classified, confidential, or restricted government intelligence. Our platform does not involve covert collection methods, human sources, signals intelligence, or any form of clandestine intelligence gathering.

IntelPulse is an OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) platform only. All data has been collected from publicly available sources in accordance with applicable law.

2. No Guarantee of Completeness

Open-source intelligence is inherently incomplete. IntelPulse makes no representation or warranty that:

  • All incidents in a given area or time period are captured
  • Source reporting is accurate, unbiased, or current
  • AI-generated classifications or assessments are correct
  • The platform provides a complete picture of any security situation
  • Information is current at the time of viewing

Significant security events may not appear in open-source reporting, particularly in environments with restricted media access, information controls, or active information operations.

3. Not Professional Security Advice

IntelPulse intelligence products are decision-support tools only. They do not constitute:

  • Professional security advice
  • Legal advice
  • Medical or safety advice
  • Travel advisory recommendations
  • Insurance recommendations

Users should consult qualified security professionals before making decisions that affect the safety of personnel or assets in high-risk environments.

4. Lawful Use Requirement

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of IntelPulse complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

  • Data protection and privacy laws
  • Intelligence and surveillance regulations
  • Export control and sanctions regulations
  • Employment and labour law (for monitoring employees)
  • Counter-terrorism legislation

IntelPulse does not provide legal advice on the lawfulness of any specific use. Users who are uncertain about the legality of their intended use should seek independent legal advice.

5. Source Reliability

IntelPulse aggregates information from multiple sources of varying reliability. Sources include state media, independent journalism, NGO reports, and social media — each with different accuracy standards, editorial standards, and potential biases.

Where possible, we note source reliability ratings and flag unverified reports. However, users should treat all OSINT as requiring independent verification before operational use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelPulse, its operators, employees, and agents disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, death, damage, or harm resulting from:

  • Reliance on information provided through the platform
  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated intelligence
  • Failure to capture or report significant security events
  • Technical failures or service interruptions
  • Misuse of the platform by subscribers or third parties
