The Analyst Free tier is provided at no cost. No payment is taken and therefore no refund is applicable.
For all monthly subscription tiers (Analyst Pro, Team, Enterprise):
Example: If you are billed on the 1st of the month and contact us on the 2nd requesting a refund — we will process a full refund. If you contact us on the 5th — the monthly fee is non-refundable but we will cancel your subscription immediately with no further charges.
For annual subscription plans:
Refund terms for Government and Defence custom contracts are specified in the individual service agreement negotiated at the time of contract. The terms in this policy do not apply to custom contracts unless explicitly referenced in the service agreement.

In cases where IntelPulse experiences significant service interruptions (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) due to factors within our control, we will provide service credits equivalent to the pro-rata value of the downtime period. Service credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash.

All IntelPulse subscriptions are billed in USD. Refunds are processed in USD. Any currency conversion costs or exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the subscriber and are not covered by IntelPulse.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and refund disbursements. In some cases, refund requests may be directed to Paddle directly. Our refund policy operates within the framework of Paddle's terms of service.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email with 14 days notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
